I got my dividends in all of my accounts. Total paid was $3300. I am looking forward to the next dividend in Dec of $4290 since I loaded up on more shares after the EX dividend date and in effect got CSE for 60 cents cheaper on that day. This stock ROCKS. It is one of those rare once in a lifetime opportunities. At 68 I have only had four such absolutely sensational buys and this is one of them. Two others were CORNING and Millennium Pharmaceutical back in 1999 and 2000 during the rush to buy any stock associated with GENE research and the INTERNET craze.
I hate to mention this on this board but you might all want to check out BOW. It is a wood pulp company which makes newsprint paper. Most think newspapers are dead and so is BOW. It recently hit a 25 year low of 13.80. I received a very positive report from the analyst at CITI. If you can get that report check it out. BOW was up today but it appears that it will recover to the low 20s within 3 to 6 months. Please no flack. If you don't agree fine but I think you will all be rewarded with BOW.
However if you like CSE do buy more. The party isn't over yet until it gets to at least 25. There will be another 60 cents dividend in December just in time for the holidays such as Christmas. What a nice gift.
Isn't is amazing how a lemon situation such as sub-prime problem turned in to a tremendous opportunity. Luck for all of us that we had the funds to load up. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
BOW is a solid company and has been around for many years with an .80 cent annual dividend since 1996. The yield is only 5% at present so for a income investor it is not on my screen but with a high of over $25.00 not long ago the yield is gravy. Analysts have a hard time understanding the company. Five upgrades and five downgrades in little over a year. Forget those people and do your own DD. At current price it is a bargain for the long term holders!
Got My Dividend. All $1800.00..Turned around and purchased 6,000 shares at 20.29 for the next dividend..Just made good sense...Plus I think stock will see the #30.00 range before year end...
