No. CapSource made BUSINESS decisions not decisions with respect to it's stock. These business decisions are keeping CapSource around. Shareholders made decisions based on yield. Those decisions have hurt them.
It will. That A participation note turned out to be a great thing. I had the impression that CSE was a little frustrated with the low yield and payour duration at first, but it has had a very stabilizing effect IMO -- paying off at about $100 MM or more per month. If all the money had been available right away the company could have been tempted to invest it quickly, several months before the economy really tanked.
