Must be the novelty and the free transaction (for Schwab customers only) that drove the price of this new ETF to such a premium. It does have a very low (Vanguard low), fee. Maybe a factor? ...plus, maybe some Schwab folks talking the new ETFs up with their customers.
Only two of the funds are treading at a premium, they are the internatioal and small cap funds, both of which are the hugher risk/higher reward funds. Many other ETFs in the same sectors also trade at premiums.
