I have friends that worked at Broadridge as contractors that were subjected to this on numerous occasions. Twice in one year. The consulting firms that still manage to do business with Broadridge should unite and say no and raise their rates! Power in the masses. Things aren't that bad for them that they have to take this type of nonsense. Apparently he doesn't care about the quality of the software he produces. It's all about the dollars so he can brag to his boss that he "gave back" and saved money for Broadridge. The fact that it now takes 5 days to do what used to take 1 day is hidden from them. How foolish they leaders must be although I've heard those that question are told to shut up. It doesn't surprise me though. I read a lawsuit against him that was incredible. The things he did were disgraceful and the fact the company allowed him to get away with this and promoted him tells you about the character of the leaders. Maybe with a new COO (see 8-K) things will change and people will be recognized for what they do, not whose . . . they k..s.
