I bet the recent fraud convictions/arrests makes hucksters such as JP not sleep so well. I'm sure he is pretty careful though - but then so was Madoff and Stanford. Tech frauds, where there is the appearance of a little engineering effort, are a little safer than blatant ponzi schemes though.
especially "tech frauds" where the supposed fraudsters keep putting their own money in - maybe their last nickels and where the auditor, PWC, who doesn't seem bothered by your allegations, is not just a couple guys working out of their apartment in Jersey, or where one of the nation's leading technology patent attorneys joins the board and vouches for the technology based on his own, education, lifelong interest in RF specifically and firsthand experience with the technology ... yeah, "safer"
