I'll agree with that. The best time that I've found to buy a stock is when everyone is complaining about it, particularly when the fundamentals haven't changed. Trick is you need to hold your dry powder long enough to really hear the clamor... Cash is king in these cases and Mr. Market is full of emotions. We'll have to see though how the backlog of new dry-bulk vessels plays out; the whole thing remains daunting to say the least. I still need to listen to the CC myself, but I held through earnings and I may hold these shares for at least another 6 months. I'm not so sure about 2-3 years though, too many open questions.
