Yep, and things have changed but what will never change is not knowing who makes the decisions. I used to prepare decisions, three of them on each subject. When I gave them to my boss , I normally said. Now ask your secretary , your wife or your dog how you should decide, I don"t care, it is not my job to decide.
Well I never found out who he asked, but often it looked it was the dog.
Maybe we should give our dogs a better education and Presidents for sure should not be allowed to have a dog.
