Boos, you have a Strong Sell, really that does not go well. And quit reading the Yahoo! yearly target price of $2.51, they should have taken that sign down five years ago, but I guess they've forgotten that ACTC even exsists anymore. Its like driving through an abandoned town out West, where a dangling sign hangs down in front of a Diner welcoming you in, but it no longer exsists, either. Yes, thats right, ACTC has become an abandoned orphan stock, some what like an orphaned planet, just floating around in space, just waiting for some Star to adopt it.
Stem cell companies like Geron and ACTC only became orphans after the Bush administration with the religious right wing of the Republican Congress declared war on ESC research and development. Companies like these "driving" through the south-west religious belt are still not welcomed (with government grants, and government support contracts,) but with a Democratic win, the hope is still alive, and the dream still continues. But biotech is proving harder, and it takes longer than once imagined, specially when researchers only use unreliable and under robust mice models in their research (besides the attacks of the religious right republicans.) It takes miracles, and miracles are in short supple (from the movie Casablanca.) But the hope is still alive, and the dream continues, showing the human spirit, that distanced the (progressive and liberal) humans from the animals.
