Anybody Having Solid Reasons As To What Is Going On?
The share price is steadily falling down despite Rabin's promise of settlement of on-going litigation followed soon by RS and announcement of Ph I/II results and it's already December! Any thoghts? Serious and relevant ones only, please!
Hopefully they are working on a buyout. It,s the only thing that will make are share,s go higher.Too many outstanding share,s, high salary,s and lame ceo. They need business sense Let,s get Romney in there he has a doctrine from Harvard that,s why Obama had lunch with him last week.
You ladies keep missing the big picture: of course Lincoln is selling (small lots, a small portion of their .08 shares) to at lowering pps (s), causing more retails to sell at any price, causing the pps to go to .04, then Lincoln will use their MILLIONS in cash, to buy at .04 and reverse their tactics to .08. Other toxic financiers have done the same, only their trading channels were a bit higher.
all of this is not important, WHAT IS IMPORTANT, is the fact that it will be years before the first dime of revenue, therefore there is zero reason be long this early in the game, unless your goal is to lose most of your investment through penny stock dilution over time, as most have done already (you know the drill: Six Dollars to Six cents, I's guess than many folks lost everything, if not worse). This is what big money knows (trial timelines, and the politics). It's how they BECOME big money: by staying away from extremely risky companies until much further down the line. ACTC has years to go BEFORE one can say it's too late to invest in. So it matters not what Lincoln and the other toxic financiers do, what matters is that even without them, there is no interest in owning actc, and in penny stock land, that usually means the pps goes to near zero in the interim. ACTC had somewhat of a floor between .04-.05, I think that's where it belongs since there is still zero revenue.
If LIncoln acquired the shares at a much higher price than the current one, why would it sell at such a loss? Lincoln is NOT selling, it's perhaps accumulating after manipulating the price downward and it may have a deal with the litigators and the MM to do so!!
