in the peer review journal they make the claim that they have halted the disease in all of the patients , AT THE VERY LEAST, if that comes out and it will be soon they do not need to reverse , the stock will fly to many dollars very fast
I looked at yahoo at have market caps in the accounting for the outstanding shares, and it's 2.79 billion, and that's definitely a lot of shares. But there are other bios that have market caps in the 10s of billions of shares.
ACTC , even at $3.00 a share wouldn't exceed 10 billion dollars in market cap. I know that's putting the cart out in front of the horse, but I'm just bringing it up to concur that ACTC doesn't really have to do a reverse split to make it's way to the NASDAQ.
Shoot, look at SIRI. Market cap of 20 billion and change, and trading in the 3's.
