There's a de facto slow motion MBO going on here. Insiders accumulate shares as number of outstanding shares decline. Either they'll end up owning everything using the company's cash to finance the deal or the share price will move up to slow or reverse the process.
Management and directors will be compensated in either cash, stock or a mixture of the two. Not much concern which except theoretically stock ties them closer to other shareholders. You might argue level of compensation but the manner seems largely irrelevant.
That is the most ridiculous thing I ever hear in my life. If you believe that, why are you here? Giving management free shares so they can take it private. THEN THEY ARE STEALING THE COMPANY RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. Use corporate funds to buy back shares, then issue free stock to management so they can buy the company. Meanwhile, they buy the company for $7. You paid $8 for your shares and they paid ZERO. So genius, who makes out in that situation?
Unbelievable! I think most posters on here that support management ARE ACTUALLY MANAGEMENT!
