    Valuation CGA vs. YONG and CAGC

    On Friday CAGC announced a positive earnings update for 2009 and SP shot up 40% as a result, from $14 to $20+. In light of that huge runup, it's interesting to revisit the comparative valuations of the major 3 fert plays based on some current useful metrics such as P/E, P/B (Price to Book), Cash per share as per most recent 10Q report:

    Price, P/E, P/B, Cash/share:

    YONG: 10.2, 17.3, 6.75, 0.16
    CGA : 11.75, 15.1, 8.15, 3.16
    CAGC: 20.72, 11.7, 1.98, 2.61

    Based on this comparison, CAGC clearly still offers the best value among the 3 stocks. Hence I think it still has much upside potential going forward. For 2010 I am projecting an eps of $3 and a PE of 17. This is not to say YONG and CGA will not run up strongly as well in 2010 but probably at a lesser rate if value is any indication to ivestors. No pumping, no bashing intended, JMHO
