    can anyone explain this "overallotment"?

That's what I mean. When that PR was put out, ESPECIALLY when it includes an announcement that the overallotment was awarded, normally, that would mean all shares were sold, at least on paper.... What happened here is highly unusual as far as my limited experience goes...Maybe there was a major renege and the underwriters let them off the hook provided they got taken off the hook as well... Who knows? All I know is it doesn't sit well as a long termer in TINY.

    • THANKS TO SAMSTOO_! I now see where you have cleared up what ACTUALLY happened! Please be sure to read his post "Deregistering Shares." Thankfully, I COMPLETELY misunderstood what happened! ALL shares, including the overallotment shares were placed in this follow-on offering by Needham. What happened was TINY deregistered the remaining balance of originally filed for maximum size of 7 million shares once this offering was completed. And that is a good sign! No overhang of registered shares....
