    Nextreme Acquired By Laird

Old news from 02-13-2013 (but not listed in TINY's press releases) ...

"Laird will acquire 100 percent of the equity of Nextreme for $1 up front, but could potentially pay up to $60 million depending on revenue. Per the terms of the deal, Laird will pay 40 percent of total revenue over a four-year period starting in 2014, capped at $60 million if revenue tops $150 million."

    Sentiment: Hold

    • So, it appears that Nextreme had revenue last year of $400,000. So 40 percent of that is...who cares, but the potential is left open. However, it also appears that TINY is carrying Nextreme on there books at $0 value, so anything they get will be a positive, i.e. help cover management expenses.
