The GOOD -- The company is now moved and ready for increased production. Graphene is being studied for many productive uses as a replacement for steel, silicon and other items. The Company makes money and has a back log of orders. Expectations are that the back log will grow, however with the larger manufacturing facility more orders can be processed. The BAD--- The company slowed order flow during the move which lasted much longer than originally projected. The company was affected by the hurricane, as were many businesses in New York. The reverse 1039 exchange took longer to close than projected, but occurred within the time frame to achieve the tax deferral. The BAD continued--- Company has over 10% short and the recent increase in price has precipitated the shorts making a run on the stock. This could be in the GOOD category as well. Reason, The shorts have to cover and thinly traded stocks are notoriously difficult to cover.
CONCLUSION--- If you think Grapnene is a super material with exponential uses, then take this time to buy or add. CVV has the potential to grow at an exponential rate in addition to the existing manufacturing business's.
I am always amused about what happened, even with explanations. Of course you can chose to believe an explanation or not. But that is not the important aspect. What is important is the future! What will the future be? It seems to me that manufacturing is in comeback mode and graphene has significant potential even though it is just beginning to be studied. Really, who thought silicon was as great as it has been a few years after it's discovery?
too late I already made the money on both sides, had too wait months just to get a buck out of this sucker but got a buck on the short side in one day, now just waiting, got bigger things boiling for ntwk earnings next week.
