This stock regularly does this, either jumping 3 or 4 cents right at the close, or losing 3 or 4 cents. I presume someone is playing games. However, I think sometimes posters overemphasize the importance of manipulation. Manipulation may be the reason this stock is going for $1.52 instead of $1.62, but it is not the reason the stock sells for $1.52 instead of $6. That's a management responsibility.
