I am totally perplexed by VELT!!!

One day they sign a deal with Toyota and the next day they are talking about "going concern" issue. I really don't know what to do here. Sell with loss, average down here, wait for when it gets under $1 to average down or do nothing?

    • Have you given any thought about the fact that Toyota release was intentionally released to soften the blow from going concern release.

Yes call me cynical but I have been doing this for 13 years and have seen it all.

At this point only thing we need to focus on is what will be the new capital raise price also whether they can collect on their A/Rs.

    • I promise you the best way to lose money is to average down on a stock that keeps making new all time lows. I doubt it goes much lower but they obviously keep shorting, so who knows. People on this board who suggest that it is perfectly reasonable to buy here, then buy more lower, then lower - they are NOT YOUR FRIEND. I've been saying for months that you wait for north of 2.12, holding for 4-6 weeks there on decent vol, etc. I think we'll be amazed at the number of failed rallies we see before that happens. Before you buy more, consider that every rally VELT has ever had has failed - at this juncture, that is a key focus.

    • The going concern issue has been in every SEC form filed in the last 4 quarters. This 6-k is nothing new.
