that comment makes no sense what so ever! Cramer is so stupid. Buy deep in the money calls and lose your value???? WTF?! if it drops 30pts and you pay 40 bucks a pop, you will lose 3k+ Your better off buying 350 puts and selling the 300 calls. That way, if stock drops 30 points, you net 3k and your 350 puts go up 250% or you make 3-4k. Net gain 7k on 0 at cost.... thats if you think the stock is going to drop.
In my opinion, stock looks very weak here, problems in japan provide problems for their supply chain and a huge % of sales, no one is going to buy iphone or ipad when you have a nuclear holocaust. sorry, just ain't gonna happen. Therefore buying the puts tomorrow is a good idea on any up tick. Charts look crappy, cant hold 355, very little risk. it will probably break the 340 which is huge support and then the flood gates will open... 300 good place to buy, maybe 290

................................................. Pretty Shallow thinking. Japan is going to have to "Rebuild" and initially -mobile communications will play an important part in the rebuilding process as there are practically No Communications left in the North. Deploying New Cell Towers quickly is a lot easier and a faster process than laying new fibre optic cable. You miss the entire "rebuild process" coming, and it will come fast, not slowly.
This post from mbunce1 is the epitome of wishful thinking from someone who clearly regrets not having bought Apple shares at a lower entry point and is now kicking himself for missing the boat. The fact of the matter is that the current situation in Japan will have a negligible impact on Apple's supply chain. And with regard to the Japanese consumer market, even if Apple doesn't sell a single iPad 2 in Japan for the next three months, there is more than enough demand elsewhere in the world to soak up Apple's supply. Finally, his assertion that Japan is currently experiencing a "nuclear holocaust" is the most absurd alarmist hyperbole I've ever heard.
