have you even compared sound quality iphone vs nokia?
Some people actually use the phone to talk.
IOS is good enough for texting,, not bad with email. But if you actually want to hear the other person, I sugest nokia.
Android is pure junk, but it is just a throway phone for drug dealers.
I have never compared sound quality, but since all phone share the same cell phone protocols, any difference would be in a very limited part of the phone hardware. Sound quality is based on a set of technologies that were mature 40 years ago, not much moat there for Nokia if Apple could spend a little bit of money and improve it.
Also, based on the fact that people choose cell phones over land lines, I don't think that sound quality is that important to most people.
Have you even realized that in iPhone 5 when you are speaking in noisy background, the speakers change to Noise Reduction speakers and you can hear much clearer.
I am not sure why Apple did not publicize such innovative functions in their products.
