Actually, it's possible. There has been alot of Chinese Gov't-inspired anti-Apple propaganda going down over there lately. I wouldn't be surprised if she's getting a wee-bit of a financial (or related perk) "incentive" for being a leading big mouth basher. It actually makes me somewhat concerned about a China Mobile deal coming to fruition, at least for the time being. Let's hope that this anti-Apple campaign fizzles out soon.
Yep. That judge is definitely on the take. She for no apparent reason, chose to reduce SamDung's penalty obligation to Apple by 40%. She also decided that the 2nd infringement case could not proceed, but then suddenly, reversed this decision and said that it could proceed next year. Obviously someone got to her and told her to chill out with her anti-Apple, on-the-take-motivated vendetta.
