I agree, solid valuation, low beta, nice divvy. I have just started legging in and am averaged about 31. It was nice to grab some under 30! Nuke plant has long license, plenty of NG in Kansas. Good income stock to compound or take income from.
Sorry Tony, I have owned this stock for over 5 years and my dividends are over $300 a year and the stock price is 25% higher than my purchase price. Just a fraction of my portfolio. By the way, I sleep great at night!!!
I agree, to bad I'm not 35. One could open a D.R.I.P and invest $50.00, a month, by the time you reach 65 you will have a nice nest egg. Oh, be sure to reinvest your dividends....COMPOUNDING is the name of the game. GLTA
It's never too late. I opened a DRIP at age 70; needed $$ at age 74, so cashed in at a nice profit; regretted cashing in, but as the last bank draft hit after cashing in, the account was still open. I started up again at age 75. Now I'm 79, still dripping and wishing I had the shares I cashed in when just a young fellow. :-)
