I would expect the new team to get things cleaned up, improve production, reduce costs, re-evaluate the next 1 to 5 year strategy and then after 18 months, they will have the company in GREAT shape for a buyout. (IF that is what they desire to do????) YOU never run a company to just be bought out, you run it to make the best of all you have to work with and that is when someone sees your great levels of performance and they can't stand NOT OWNING YOU! That is how it happens. This company is in very good condition, yes it can be run better and the new team is set for that challenge. I wish them the best of luck. I feel the biggest help will be from Pipe Lines being built to get the oil out of the area at a much lower cost. HOPE to see and hear about that over the next few years also!
