Likely SLW will still have their silver stream at higher prices and at a lower dollar for a few years to come. The system is already broken and broke, but at some point the stocks will look bad and bonds in a lower dollars will look good and the fed will try to sell , likely at a discount the bonds they have been buying, still the question -- will deflation destroy dollars faster than they can print and get them into circulation? If people can't afford the payments and other people go into foreclosure, prices on whatever will go down and dollars will be destroyed, of course this would be a depression of unknown depths, we already have real unemployment at a higher percentage than that of the 1930s depression, just different this time, a good part of the percentage still get checks and don't want to work, I don't think that will last, meanwhile dollar down PMs up, doubt they can change that for a couple years, but the next election may give some clues.
I think deflation is a myth. I see no evidence of it although I do see a foundering economy with an extremely low velocity of money that is creating momentum for the death spiral we see. The debt burden has about finished America.
