Coconut Water Lime
LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/13 -- Reed's, Inc. (NYSE MKT: REED), maker of the top-selling sodas in natural food stores nationwide, announced today that they have added four new flavors to their new Reed's Culture Club Kombucha line. The flavors are Pomegranate Ginger, Passion Mango Ginger, Cabernet and Coconut Water Lime.
Chris Reed, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Reed's Inc. stated, "We continue to have a great response to our initial four flavors of Kombucha. Many requests are coming in for more Kombucha flavors from retailers around the country. I consider our first flavors inspired, with nouveau flavor combinations like Hibiscus Grapefruit Ginger Kombucha. We felt compelled to try and out do the first four flavors in this new round of flavor development. Our new Coconut Water Lime Kombucha is the first marriage of the very fast growing coconut water and kombucha beverage categories. Our new Cabernet Kombucha was inspired by our customers telling us they were using our Kombucha as a wine substitute. In many of our new accounts we are emerging as the clear number two brand of Kombucha."
Absolutely brilliant. Folding the hottest segments together, who else is doing such stuff?
Great job Chris, keep kicking the bashers in the teeth. While idiots like jamcracker and anal-yst112 harp on "what did you do for me yesterday", Reeds continues to prove they are THE leaders in the emerging beverages market.
This will be a $500+ million company within 3 years. You don't buy this stock based on last quarter's earnings. The serious money is made by identifying and climbing on board the small growth companies when they are still small. REED is the real deal.
At $4.25 it's a bargain. You'll be kicking yourself if you don't buy in.
Are they going to be in the alcoholic or non-alcoholic section? Whole Foods told me they are just beginning to stock these soon in local stores. I typically buy the non-alcoholic Kombuca in WF and love the 55 cal Ginger beer product which WF is now just stocking in my areas as well.
Reeds ginger and virgil has dozens of flavors and no profit. Gt already has 17 flavors. Not about bashing, not about flavors, not about revenue....its about profit. Stock went public at 4 and over 6 years...no growth, no profit, not dividends, no stock buyback...just dilution...just the facts.
