Booked 2 fully refundable Business Class tickets on Orbitz from Miami to Paris and cancelled a few months later. Fare was fully refundable and the Orbitz rep said I would get my refund within 4 weeks. Refund for one of the tickets came through but not the other. Orbitz says they fully refunded both tickets and it was my credit card company's fault. Credit card company says it was Orbitz that did not credit both tickets. Who do I (how do I) contact at Orbitz to resolve?
What the fellow that started this thread is telling the corporation is that their (Orbitz) performance and conduct sucks. This "bad information" is good information for you to have if you are an investor. It is called feedback.
Orbitz is a disastrous company to deal with. disaster!
