There will be a Court Hearing to confirm the settlement on August 16, 2013. SBG has brought this issue up before, how much is EBP worth? Who is the Purchaser?

If EK gets more than $250M for EBP, can this replace the Rights Offerings?
EBP Settlement Agreement and possible sale comes up tomorrow at 11:00 EST.
If there is a purchaser of EBP more likely NY State, SBG will have his day in Court.
Doc 4619 is a very interesting doc if you did not have to go over it.

Bashing someone might relieve some emotions, but keep your eye on Friday's Court Session, August 16, 2013.
