Ending internal R&D programs eliminates any hope for it to become a pharmaceutical company. Pipeline may get harder and harder to sell as time goes by because of the diminishing lifetime of any patents. Without any loyalty to burn, other chemistry CROs have closed their doors or moved abroad. So why would anyone think about any takeover?
Does anyone know a chemistry CRO ever paid any dividends? So what is the value to buy this stock?
