if geoeye shares are converted into dgi shares based on DGI at market close jan 31, couldn't we see the conversion at less than the 1.132*price of DGI +4.1 cash when GEOY shareholders receive shares of DGI... So if DGI trades up before the broker's conversion, doesn't the GEOY shareholder gets the former price, ie. less shares when the brokerages actually convert shares?
Should DGI go up to 36.83, the conversion will be 1:1. Right?
