    SRS is losing about 21% a year due to paying out dividends, expenses and from deterioration due to volitility.
    When the CRE market bottoms out (sometime next year?) SRS is going to be a fantastic short position. If the DJREIT index stays flat, you will make approx 21% - the small dividend you would have to pay out. I don't think any other short position can beat those odds. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
