The 2011 stats are just out and Nortech jumped one notch from 65th largest MN company in 2010 to 64th largest company with sales revenue of 114 million, profit of 1.2 million, and capitalization of 10.8 million. Note how this compares to the average stats of the bottom 10 companies with average sales revenue of 17 million, loss of 1 million, and capitalization of 26 million. Nortech’s revenue is 8 times greater than the average bottom 10 companies but the bottom 10 companies’ average capitalization is 2 ½ times greater than Nortech.
Management please please put some sort of stock program in place to increase the number of shares outstanding to at least try to eventually put Nortech on par with the bottom 10 companies. Don’t need to go hog wild but can do it in incremental steps such as an initially stock split increasing outstanding shares by just 25 percent. Please note that a stock split doesn’t dilute any shareholders ownership interest
