    I know several people that own the MHR Preffereds. Yes, they have virtually no chance of equity appreciation, but they throw off a nice yield and in this environment, it is difficult to find a quality yield north of 8% unless you want to play MREITS. I own a ton of the common, but if I were looking for an income generating stock, MHRPC would be a nice choice, especially as MHR drills more and more wells and gets a better footing. It still isn't risk free at this point, but as the EFS wells and Marcellus production ramps up and the pipeline and processing plant are finished, it means more revenue for MHR and less of a chance of a failure to pay dividends.
