A VOTE AGAINST Blocks Intel etal SALE to Sprint !!
If the vote fails, the "others" Intel etal are not required to sell their CLWR shares to Sprint.
In fact, if CLWR is trading above $2.97 ($3.30+), it is rather difficult for Intel to sell for less. Intel would need to sell on the open-market as in the past. As a minimum they would need to advertise their desire to sell and seek competive bids - anything less is not in Intel shareholder's best interest.
A VOTE AGAINST places Minority Sahreholders in a VERY STRONG POSITION. CLWR will be forced to take future financing from the BEST offer and SIGN WHOLESALE CONTRACTS and SELL SPECTRUM - In other words - ACTUALL DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THE COMPANAY AND THERFORE IT'S MINORITY HOLDERS ALSO.
FK the BOD and Sprint!!
OUR AGAINST VOTE changes the GAME!!!!
Son will not let Hesse go the distance w/o rebidding. Son is suicidal over all the Crest news , lawsuits etc. Sprint in my opinion will rebid and time is running out. 5/21 is fast approaching. Sprint must send a signal soon.
Even if Sprint offered more i think it will be voted down just for the sake of a counter bid I stated before I think Dish has some DEEP Pockets some where but is not making it public.
he has mentioned partnering with others so he has been talking and to state he would go as far as selling Dish should open a few eyes.
