I have never followed a stock that handles options the way they do. It looks to me like they give restricted cash bonuses that can only be used to buy fch stock in the open market. This pumps up demand and pushes the stock price up when they buy with the restricted money from the company. They seem to get these benefits regardless of performance. I consider them poor managers that are grossly overpaid. Maybe they can push the stock up enough to have another secondary since common equity will be about gone by the end of June.
