amendment to the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) new federal anti-counterfeiting law was passed last year requiring the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and government contractors to make active efforts to detect and eliminate counterfeit parts in the military supply chain. As a result, any company that sells counterfeit products to the military could become legally and financially liable—whether or not they produced the fake component..this law kicks in I believe at the end of this month, note that it covers ALL suppliers for DOD, if you want to buy the stock of APDN you probably want to get in very soon, enormous potential here
love this criticism of stocks by holders of atrs, which is stuck in cement, about anything that actually moves---PPHM---up from .50-to-5.40----APDN---up from .05 to .20----ARRY-- rolling---etc..curse these spec, stocks---
I don't recall who first recommended APDN but want to thank them for the tip. I wasn't as comfortable with APDN as I am with ATRS so the amount invested is miniscule by comparison to ATRS. I am still nervous with APDN expenses and am ready to pull out quickly if that changes dramatically.
+1 for this sentiment. I think it was Whogo who recommended it. I took a very, very small speculative position in it and as of today, I'm up almost 60%...now wishing I had bitten off a bigger chunk!
As for expenses, I'm no expert on the matter but with any sort of burgeoning technology, I would think higher expenses would be normal in a growth phase like this. Since this is less than 1% of my portfolio, I'm willing to just let it be a "lotto ticket" and see what happens. GLTA
