What I am saying is true. To make the allegations specific, however, would require the kind of electronic "paper trail" that would be admissible in court, otherwise, specific allegations might expose me, or any other whistle blower to legal action against ourselves. This is the dilemma of any whistle blower, and why so many fair so miserably after calling out wrongdoing. I do not think the actions of the leakers will have any long term consequences for AFFY's stock price, but short-term, absolutely. And the stock will continue to be played on the basis of leaks from the top.
