FRESENIUS CONCEALED "FATAL PROBLEMS " ACCORDING TO COURT DOCUMENTS.
"..Recent lawsuits accuse Fresenius Medical Care of deliberately concealing potentially fatal problems with its now-recalled GranuFlo and NaturaLyte products, which were approved to lower the acidity of patients’ blood during dialysis treatments. The lawsuits allege that patients’ treated with these products tested with a high concentration of acetone, which led to abnormally high levels of bicarbonate in their blood. This led to fatal heart problems and strokes, according to prior court documents..." (Crooks!! The 3 deaths at their Centers caused Omontys to get re-called?)
How does Fresenius stay in business? Reading the Google articles, especially law suit commentaries, would make me drive many extra miles to avoid being treated by them.
Has any other dialysis center had any problems with Omontys? If the answer is "No" then the evidence points even more towards Fresenius, yet again, not following usage direction. Doesn't it?
On a separate note, who knows what Patients had other drugs administered prior to Omontys? Can you believe anything Fresenius says, odd all deaths happened at the same Frenenius Center within 2 days and nothing happened at the other Centers and 25,000 doses of Omontys? Easy for Affy to convince the FDA that Omontys has become "the Fall Guy" here, expect a huge pop in Affy PPS when Wall Street figures this out and that Omontys will return unharmed after this "smear campaign"!!
Wild...are the deaths all attributed to the center verifiable? If so, one could almost prove beyond a reasonable doubt simply by statistics, that Omontys was NOT the cause of death?
As far as the reactions for some patients, IF the instructions were not followed precisely, this could be expected. And as you hv stated, who knows what other drugs the patients may have also been taking?
ps good posts..keep them coming!
