Relax. I'm still holding on to the 5,000 shares that I bought at $3.03/share, along with the 15,000 shares that I bought at $1.01/share. Anything going on with AFFY between $1.00/share and $2.00/share is just noise leading up to The Binary Event.
The law firms are awaiting the results of the investigation like everyone else. If it proves to be something other than the drug itself, human error, manufacturing, anything than the law firms are SOL.
So why haven't they already filed for BK? It's been 7 months since O was pulled. What are they waiting for?
Oh, maybe BK is only mentioned in the SEC docs as boilerplate. Ya, maybe so? Maybe AFFY shareholders, T and the US Govt/Medicare and a whole lot of kidney patients have something to gain by AFFY not filing BK. And maybe AFFY has sufficient cash to take them well into the future to wait for any FDA or T decisions.
