I never knew that bulletin board stocks traded in the premarket with an indication. There appears to be an inverted bid ask, but the bid is still pretty high. Perhaps it's short covering (IRS rules on closing out a position) or there's a substantive plan of action by the Board.
If they open it way too low most folks (like me) may just sit on the shares until the company gives us the scoop. No point in selling now if its only for .05 or .10. So it COULD be shorts keeping the bid someone elevated to lure in a bunch of market sell orders. They, of course, will remove those high bids and replace with real (lower) bids right as the stock opens and those market sell orders will flow right into their pockets.
