OLD Republic acting in "bad faith" in Workers' Comp claim?
Maybe you can enlighten us as to where this guy's body is. This guy is smart enough to become an Army Ranger, but he can't turn a bulldozer off or jump out when it gets stuck in reverse? Smells fishy (no pun intended).
EDWARD P. IRBY was operating a D10N Bulldozer with I believe a 22 foot wide blade. One of the largest made.
It would be nearly impossible to jump out of this machine going backwards down a very steep several hundred foot slope of the tailings pile and through the ice with that blade in the front. A dozer blade like this does not dig in going backwards.
The body was probably covered by the ongoing placement of mine tailings as the operation of the Gold mine was not stopped.
