The reason for today's selloff can be found in the recent S-1 DROP filed where they registered almost 71 million
shares for sale. Many of the people who have loaned them money have been free for the last 3 weeks or so to dump all the shares they received as collatoral. That is what is going on. This could be the end of the selling or it could continue for some time to come. I don't think the fundementals have changed, although I am sure that their inability to release new distribution deals for their products is also leading to some retail selling. People are impatient and suspicious especially if it isa pinkie like DROP.
Actually that makes sense...Forgot about 300k...How about 71 million? That's a lot of shares and if they want out we are in for some pain. O well, I've got well over 100,000 shares and will add if we break into the single digits.
