If they are that bad off, why is the Federal Reserve selecting them for administration of small business accounts. Are the FEDs idiots or part of the scam for the newbies.
I've read the negative but discount it as it is only from two people. The fact is the company is growing revenues, the Capcos are coming off the book, and they are close to breakeven. They are profitable now on a cash flow basis if you exclude depreciation.
I'm staying with them and believe this is a $4 stock.
Finally, a posting by someone who knows something about Newtek. I've been in this stock for quite awhile and took a bath in early 2009. But, I hung on and bought more in the .30s, .40's and .50's and am now overall positive. I don't know about $4 but I think $2 is definitely a good shot within a year. Good luck!
