Since my ghost has brought this borderline spam back to the top, I suppose it can be usefully noted that neither MORL or MORT are MREITs. They are REIT indexed ETF's. Neither of them was yielding 30% either. MORL, a double leveraged REIT ETF, has about a 24% yield, but comes with all the negatives (starting with extraordinary fees) that any leveraged ETF comes with. MORT is yielding about 10%. Some on the board will find these interesting, much as they might find a REIT indexed mutual fund interesting.
