The more I study the details of the last financing round the more I like it. No warrants having to be issued is a sign that GALE can negotiate terms favorable to them without having to give away the farm down the road. Those that are worried about the recent SEC filing shouldn't be, since the stock price has been reflective of the upcoming warrants vesting for some time.
I was thinking the same thing. Most small biotechs don't have the ability to negotiate terms. GALE being able to load up the coffers at a good rate in these difficult times of companies getting funds says that there is a lot of interest in the company.
