    GOOG will go down on fiber-optic news

    and already have built in competitors already in marketplace AND others will want to ride on GOOG's fiber same way the TelCo's have sharing agreements and there will be restrictions on what they can charge

    • Telco's have to share copper as they are a "common carrier". This FCC rule does not apply to new F/O installs such as FiOS. This is why VZ was quietly ripping copper out of houses where FiOS was installed. The buzz now is that they have backed off on copper removal . It was a non-issue on my FiOS install, I have 2 lines, one FiOS, one copper in 2 different name accounts.
