Hmmmmmm...why would CVS/Caremark not side with WAG and absorb more of the PBM business of ESRX? Seems like a slick opportunity for CVS/Caremark to take customers from ESRX plus they already have WAG in their network.
You can win the esrx business with better pricing and that cvs has it's retail network. Once wag loses a customer it will be hard to get them back. Wag does not want low margin business. Unfortunately margin pressure will only continue.It would be good to see this breakup. Wag and cvs are getting to big.
