You're right, I can't. But NASDAQ sure could if they wanted to! ;o)I know they are suspending delistings. Here is an article mentioning that suspension for all NASDAQ non-compliance companies:http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/081024/20081024005293.html?.v=1But those that enter non-compliance will likely still get warning notices and put in the queu with the rest. January 16th? Thats about the time for solid rebound as the market will price in recover by Q3 of 2009! If not they will extend. If they are going to delist half the listing than NASAQ will get delisted! lol!
