Difficult to give a price target this stock for a number of reasons. They may acquire another Solar installation company to go with SunWorks, which could boost revenue. Also difficult to forecast considering we don't know how long it will take to find manufacturer for 3D cell. Third, this stock is at a level where it is not even on 99% of investors radars due to it being a penny stock. I think it will garner more attention once it gets to .50 level. If I had to guess, I would say .30 by end of year but it would still be undervalued by a lot at that level.
If everything goes according to plan i see this company be at 0.40-0.50 only on the SUNworks installation part. Solar3D if they have there required partner to do manufacturing and of course testing first 0.80-1$ And thats without even thinking about pending acquisitions! This is the gem we are talking about the one in a million!
Do you know if they have a way to finance acquisitions besides issuing more shares? That is the main thing that will keep the share price down. If they do not have a bank behind them and they keep issuing shares....its hard for share price to make a run. The volume is increasing...but it will tread water if they keep pouring more shares in. Please explain how these penny stocks get over the top and grow up into full Nasdaq tech stocks.
