comcast has now been reduced to the lowest service of any company i have dealt with. they make walmart look like they invented customer service. my only choice now was to call the office of the president which was a little like calling customer service.
they have wasted more than 40 hours of my time in the past month with wrong cable boxes, out of stock problems, missed tech calls, 4 trips to the comcast store, etc. today, my other cable box went out. i get the same lack of service from the call center since they spend their entire day fighting fires while top executives are making millions.
if i had a way to further eliminate comcast completely, they would be gone. the sad part is that they don't care. i can't wish for their demise to happen soon enough. maybe, just maybe someone will come along who knows what customer service is. but, i doubt it.
in the meantime, i am reducing my service as much as i can with tivo, hulu plus, netflix, etc. you can get rid of comcast boxes and replace them with tivo but comcast won't tell you that. i am doing that this week.
beleive me You are 100%correct I work for them the managemant stinks they are all in cahoots with friends and allowing shoddy workmanship from contractors who are proven thieves and i can keep writing on and on and on.this is what ive exp.after 25 years of doing buisness with them if you call corporate they will just blow you off!!!!!!!
