Comcast has now business being in the phone business. The fall out from Customers that will never come back is going to be huge.
I am sure to tell all of my friends because I don't want them locked into a three year contract of poor or nonexistent phone service. I don't want them to lose business due to a poor decision to purchase phone service from Comcast. I am counting the days to January 2014. I am keeping records on all missed orders so I can take them to court when we get our class action started.
