You do realize that the SSD market is growing at CAGR or 44%. You also realize that OCZ can't get enough product out the door to supply the demand right? They have a 40% sales backlog. The only way they go bankrupt is if they can raise capital. If they were able to raise money with no filings, I'm pretty confident they will be able to raise more money when they eventually do file.
Actually a large backlog is not good. If they can't ship product, customers will likely go to their competitors to fill their orders, especially when the SSD demand is so great. Customers want it NOW, not 3 months from now.
